I really wish we lived in the UK so I could wear a headpiece and not feel totally ridiculous. Because I LOVE them. Maybe one day I'll be brave enough to wear one to church or a wedding or something. In the meantime maybe I need to start wearing something on my head to prepare myself.
I decided to go retro today. I've been watching Mad Men with Brian lately and I love 50s fashion. I would've fit in so well back then. For those fans out there, Megan Draper wore a head scarf in one of the episodes I was watching last week and I thought, that's what I'm going to do for this challenge. I don't actually have a scarf that would work, so I used the sash from my dress here. I also dug out my biggest flared jeans to try and stick with the vibe. You can't even see my shoes my pants are so flared!

Today when I woke up I wasn't really sure what I was going to do but it all ended up coming together quite nicely! I bought this dress from my cousin a few months ago and have never worn it so today is a first. I also decided to do my hair like the hairdo challenge we had a few days ago and than I put this orange flower in the side of it which again I have never worn either. So today was a challenge day and a day of firsts and I was really happy with the way it all turned out!
